We provide all-inclusive utility facilities to businesses and individuals, mainly industrial and commercial customers located within the Merdian Industrial Park in the Tema Freezones Enclave and the Dawa Industrial Zone in Dawa. Our focus is on delivering essential utility services, including power, renewable energy (solar), gas and water to our customers.
We provide a one-stop shop for all utility services that companies require to operate at full capacity. Once a partnership is established with any of our subsidiaries, companies gain access to electricity, water, and renewable energy.
We offer the best and most reliable services to our customers. With electricity, we have an uptime of 99.5%. With renewable energy, we are the sole off-takers of Africa’s largest single rooftop PV solar plant, boasting a total capacity of 16.82 MWp and an annual energy yield of 24.75 GWh. This landmark installation is expected to reduce Ghana’s carbon dioxide emissions by approximately 13,000 tons per year, contributing significantly to the country’s clean energy transition.
Having provided these services in the Tema Free Zones Enclave for several years, our extensive experience, coupled with a dedicated and hardworking team, ensures the delivery of high-quality services. We are committed to meeting the diverse and unique requirements of our customers.
Upon completion of our Water Distribution Plant in the third quarter of 2026, our customers can expect unhindered, uninterrupted 24/7 flow of treated water. This will ensure a reliable and sustainable supply tailored to meet the demands of industrial and commercial operations. Phase One of the Dawa Water Project will provide 11,000 m³/day of treated water, sourced from the Volta River and processed at our dedicated treatment facility within the Dawa Industrial Zone. With plans to expand capacity to 45,000 m³/day, this project guarantees a scalable, sustainable, and dependable water supply designed to meet the evolving needs of industrial tenants.
